Every Friday night, students from Charis and Choong Hyun eat dinner together, worship, and then go to a class for their grade. The goal is to know Jesus by digging into his word, together.매주 금요일 저녁, 충현선교교회와 Charis Mission Church 학생들이 함께 저녁을 먹고 예배를 드린 뒤 학년별 클래스로 나뉩니다. 함께 하나님의 말씀을 깊이 공부하며 예수님을 알아가는 것이 목표입니다.

What's Up? walks middle schoolers through the gospel and what it does in the heart: sin, faith, repentance, forgiveness. It keeps pressing one question — if this is true, what does it change about who I am? Each week ends with a short at-home practice called Make It Stick, so the answer gets worked out somewhere other than a classroom.What's Up?은 복음이 무엇인지, 그리고 복음이 우리 마음에 어떤 변화를 일으키는지 다룹니다. 죄, 믿음, 회개, 용서를 배웁니다. 그리고 한 가지 질문을 계속 붙듭니다 — 이것이 사실이라면, 내가 누구인가에 대해 무엇이 달라지는가? 매주 마지막에는 Make It Stick이라는 짧은 실천 과제가 있어, 그 답을 교실 밖의 삶에서 풀어 가도록 돕습니다.

Understanding the Faith walks the Westminster Shorter Catechism: who God is, what sin broke, what Jesus accomplished, and what faith and repentance actually are. The point isn't memorized answers. It's that a student can say what they believe in their own words — and know why it holds when someone asks. All of high school takes it. For students being baptized or confirmed on Sunday, March 14, 2027, it's required.Understanding the Faith는 웨스트민스터 소요리문답을 따라 하나님은 어떤 분이신지, 죄가 무엇을 무너뜨렸는지, 예수님께서 무엇을 이루셨는지, 믿음과 회개가 실제로 무엇인지를 배웁니다. 목표는 답을 외우는 것이 아닙니다. 학생이 자기가 믿는 바를 자기 말로 이야기하고, 누군가 물어올 때 그 믿음이 왜 흔들리지 않는지 말할 수 있게 되는 것입니다. 고등부 전체가 이 과정을 공부합니다. 2027년 3월 14일 주일에 세례 또는 입교를 받는 학생은 반드시 이수해야 합니다.

You're your student's primary disciplers. We're just coming alongside you. Please initial each chapter your student finishes so you know what they're learning, and talk it through with them when you can.
If your student needs extra support of any kind, let us know when you register so we can be ready for them.
자녀를 제자로 세우는 일의 일차적인 책임은 부모님께 있습니다. 저희는 그 곁에서 함께 돕겠습니다. 자녀가 무엇을 배우는지 아실 수 있도록, 자녀가 마친 과마다 확인 서명을 해 주시고, 가능하실 때 그 내용을 함께 나눠 주시기 바랍니다.

Attendance출석
Come every week. It's required for 201 students being baptized or confirmed in March.
Missing a week? Tell the teacher ahead of time. Your student makes up the lesson from the workbook, then checks in with the teacher.
