Parents
For Parents
We'll say the most important thing first: you are the primary person God is using to disciple your child. We are not here to replace you — we're here to strengthen your hand.
The Bible gives that responsibility to the home, not to a youth program. Our job is to come alongside what you're already doing, to surround your student with a wider family of faith, and to give you real support in the work only you can do.
How your student is known here
We never want a student to be a face in a crowd. So we've built three layers of care around each one:
Buddies
Older students who come alongside younger ones, so no one walks in alone. Belonging first.
Care Groups
A grade-level group led by a caring adult whose whole job is to know your student by name — to listen, check in, and walk with them personally.
Discipleship Groups
Adult leaders who walk students through our teaching toward maturity in Christ, in focused seasons across the year.
Three layers, each doing something the others can't. Together they mean this: your student will be known.

KakaoTalk
For anything happening this week, we use Kakao. That's where announcements, reminders, and the pulse of the ministry live. Reach out and we'll add you to the group.

This website
This website is home base. When you need to look something up — the schedule, the vision, what your student is learning — it's here and it's not going anywhere.
What we ask of you
- Be the first discipler — in the ordinary rhythms of home
- Stay in partnership with your student's leaders — share what you see, pray alongside us
- Be a steady presence through all seven years, not just the easy ones
- Bring us the early signs of struggle, so we can walk with you and your student
What we commit to you
- Communication you can count on, so you're never in the dark
- Adults who know your child's name and story, not just their attendance
- Honesty about what we're still building
- A ministry that asks for your partnership, not your silence — we would rather hear your honest questions than your polite agreement
Where we are right now
We want to be honest with you about something, because we'd rather earn your trust than win your admiration.
What you've read on this site is the whole vision — a seven-year journey from 6th grade to 12th, a full arc of formation we believe God is calling us to build. But we are at the beginning of building it. This is Phase 1. We're starting this year with everyone — students and leaders alike — on the same foundation, and we'll grow into the rest in the years to come.
That means if your student is in 11th or 12th grade, they won't walk the whole seven-year path with us. We've sat with that, and here's what we keep coming back to: the students who start something carry a weight the ones who come later never have to. They set the tone. They build the culture. Everyone who follows will be walking a road this first generation helped make.
So no — we haven't built all of it yet. What we have is a clear vision, a real beginning, and a deep commitment to walk with your student wherever they're joining the story. That's what we can promise you, and we intend to keep it.
