How the retreat went for you

Thank you for serving at the retreat. What you carried this year was real, and I don't take it for granted.

I want to hear how it actually went for you — where you saw God, what was hard, what worked and what didn't, and anything you'd want me to know. Be honest. I'd rather hear the uncomfortable thing now than miss it. I'll bring what you share to our staff debrief on Sunday, September 13, so we can get on the same page together.

This takes about 10 minutes. Most questions are optional. I do ask for your name — not to grade anyone, but so I can follow up with you directly on what you share.
